Weaving unit is strategically situated near Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and operates within a spacious 2.2 lakh square feet facility.
This expansive space allows us to specialize in the production of wider-width fabrics, accommodating widths up to 140 inches and providing thread counts ranging from 500 to 1000 TC. This capacity not only enables us to meet the diverse requirements of our customers but also positions us as a key player in the textile industry, known for our ability to deliver high-quality, wider-width fabrics.
The unit is equipped with 135 Sulzer wider-width jumbo looms and 18 Sulzer Airjet looms, advanced machinery that enables us to produce ultra-fine count fabrics in both narrow and wider widths. Our technical expertise allows us to handle 2, 4, and 8 pick insertions with precision, achieving a maximum warp density of 110 ends per cm (280 ends per inch) and managing warp counts up to 100s Ne. This capability ensures the production of high-quality fabrics that meet stringent industry standards, catering to the needs of our global clientele.
To further enhance our production capabilities, 18 Dobby looms have been specially modified for ultra-fine count weaving in wider-width formats. This modification allows us to produce intricate and high-quality fabrics that are ideal for a range of applications, from fashion to home textiles. Additionally, our unit houses 85 jumbo looms specifically designed for industrial textiles, capable of producing seamless rolls up to 3000 meters in length. This capability is particularly valuable for clients requiring large-scale, continuous fabric production without the need for joints or seams, thereby enhancing the integrity and strength of the final product.
