Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Limited boasts strong production capacities
Spinning Unit – I has an installed capacity of 30,000 spindles, producing approximately 25 tons of cotton yarn daily. Unit II is even larger, with 114,000 spindles, and produces around 65 tons of compact yarn per day, primarily for knitting and weaving. Our major specialization lies in the production of combed and compact knitting yarn, where we achieve an output of 65 tons daily.
Spinning units have recently started producing a special variety of yarn viz Bannari Gold, in different counts to cater to quality conscious customers.
We are equipped with state-of-the-art spinning machinery from renowned manufacturers, including LMW Coimbatore, RIETER Switzerland, and TRUTZSCHLER Germany. Our entire spinning plant is fitted with an automatic control humidification system and a waste collection system, spanning from the blowroom to the combing departments. All spinning frames are monitored by a sophisticated Ring Data System to ensure optimal performance.
Our high-quality knitting yarn is distributed to major consuming centers in India, such as Tirupur, Kolkata, and Kanpur. Furthermore, a part of our production is exported to international markets, including China, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, and Europe.
